Juiced Bikes has relaunched under new leadership and entered the electric dirt bike space with the Nomadix, priced at $2,499 and capable of exceeding 60 mph. The move targets the performance e-moto market currently dominated by Sur Ron and similar brands, undercutting established competitors on price while delivering serious performance.
The Nomadix represents a strategic shift for Juiced, now backed by the team behind budget e-bike brand Lectric eBikes. That pedigree matters. Lectric built its reputation on delivering capable electric bicycles at aggressively low price points, disrupting an industry accustomed to premium pricing. Juiced appears determined to replicate that formula in the e-moto space, where Sur Ron and KTM's Freeride E-XC have largely controlled the narrative around affordable high-performance electric dirt bikes.
At $2,499, the Nomadix undercuts Sur Ron's entry-level models while matching or exceeding their performance specifications. A 60-plus mph capable e-moto at that price point forces the entire category to recalibrate expectations around what performance costs.
The e-moto market itself remains fragmented but growing. Riders want genuine off-road capability without the maintenance headaches of gas engines or the noise restrictions that limit where traditional dirt bikes can operate. Supply remains limited, and most options carry premium pricing that reflects scarcity and brand positioning rather than pure manufacturing economics.
Juiced's entry threatens that equation. If the Nomadix delivers reliable performance and decent range at $2,499, competitors face immediate pressure to either drop prices or justify their premium with tangible advantages. Sur Ron's appeal partly rested on having few true alternatives. That advantage erodes fast once a respected brand with manufacturing experience enters the space.
