Ford is recalling 102,159 trucks across two lineups due to faulty analog gauge clusters that display incorrect speedometer and tachometer readings.

The Super Duty trucks account for most of the recall. Ford is recalling 91,588 F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 vehicles from the 2025-2026 model years. The F-150 recall is smaller, affecting 10,570 trucks from the 2026 model year. One 2026 F-750 is also included.

The analog speedometers and tachometers in these vehicles could get stuck or move erratically, showing inaccurate readings. The gauges will not trigger warning lights. Vehicles with both digital and analog speedometers may display conflicting readings between the two systems.

Ford identified the issue through 18 warranty claims and 93 field reports by September 16. The automaker has not received accident reports related to the problem.

Owners will receive notification by October 30. The replacement part will not be available until early December, with Ford expecting to notify owners of the remedy by December 11. Dealers will replace the instrument cluster at no charge. Ford advises owners to contact Ford's hotline or visit a Ford or Lincoln dealer to check recall status, since affected vehicles are not produced in VIN order.
