Karma Automotive launched its Eximius personalization program with the Eximius 1, a one-off hybrid sedan revealed at the Concours at Wynn in Las Vegas. The vehicle trades the standard Revero's turbocharged three-cylinder engine for a 6.2-liter V-8, producing 1,195 horsepower total from its plug-in series hybrid powertrain. That's over 600 horsepower more than the Revero delivers.

The Eximius 1 accelerates to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 200 mph, according to Karma. The car sits nearly two inches wider than a standard Revero and uses carbon-fiber extensively, including exposed carbon-fiber on the front fenders and a fade-to-blue paint treatment across the carbon weave on the front doors. It rides on 21-inch magnesium center-lock wheels.

For track duty, Karma fitted carbon-ceramic two-piece slotted brake rotors and Öhlins semi-active dampers. The aerodynamic package includes a carbon front splitter, LED-integrated air intakes forming an arrow shape with the headlights, vented front fenders, a large brake-cooling panel numbered 5, and a massive rear diffuser with towering wing.

Inside, blue-tinted carbon-fiber covers the seats, steering wheel, center console, doors, and dashboard. Recaro bucket seats use blue Alcantara and blue leather on the lower portion, with Moondust-colored Alcantara on top. The accelerator, brake pedal, and dead pedal are billet machined aluminum. A red emergency kill switch sits on the simplified center console.

The Eximius program will allow customers to request modifications to body, powertrain, and performance components. Karma says it will produce a maximum of nine bespoke vehicles per series production model. The Eximius 1 will be delivered to its owner in 2027.
