Ford revealed the Frostwarden Bronco at the 2026 SEMA Show, a search-and-rescue concept powered by a 7.3-liter supercharged V-8 crate engine called the Megazilla 2.0. The engine produces 1200 horsepower and 1000 pound-feet of torque when running on race fuel, paired with a 3.0-liter Gen 6 Whipple supercharger.
The build includes a stronger block, supercharger-specific camshaft, upgraded pistons, larger fuel injectors, and a different belt drive and damper. Ford did not quote a pump gas horsepower figure.
The Frostwarden sits on a custom Bilstein suspension with 74Weld portal gear lifts, an upgraded Dana driveline, and 18-inch Weld bead-lock wheels wrapped in 42-inch BFGoodrich tires. Ford equipped it with Rigid lights, roof-mounted spare wheel and tire, toolboxes, shovel, recovery rope, and fuel jugs. The interior features color-matching seats and accents with a Megazilla emblem on the steering wheel.
Ford states the vehicle is not available for purchase.
